What this Rental Plan Program does, is it calculates how much a rental property is going to cost you to hold, it calculates how much this rental property is going to save you in tax and it calculates how much the property can or is expected to grow in capital value.
The cost of the property, your level of income and your tax savings are the critical indicators which dominate whether you have the capacity to borrow and whether or not you’ve got the capacity to service any new debt.
When we look at using this program it is set up so we have a group of information which is personal, a group of information which relates specifically to the rental property and a group of information that relates to each of the rental properties. It has the capacity to run ten rental properties simultaneously and add them to your tax position one year after the other or simultaneously.
